IMDC CUSTOMER NOTICE Starting the week of November 5, 2018 the 360Facility Portal will no longer be available as previously communicated via email.
Iron Mountain Data Centers will be going live with IMDC ServiceNow ticketing application and the new IMDC Customer Portal. IMDC will be sending email communications throughout this transistion. IMDC Customer Portal account set up will be sent as we deploy these tools starting Monday November 5, 2018.
