Dear Tenants,
Ari-El is transitioning to a new, upgraded work order system, Cove, and phasing out the 360 system. Cove went live on September 1, 2026 and any new work orders should be entered in that system. 360 will be deactivated on 9/7/2026. From that date, work orders will not be able to be submitted through this portal.
Links to activate accounts were sent to all users in 360 informing them of the change, as well as any point of contact associated with our tenants. You can access the new work order system by going to the following link:
